I currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor at a Top 200 firm based at their Sheffield office within their prestigious, new, city centre office.

The position will be to join their well established commercial property team who act for a wide range of clients including local owner managed businesses and some larger company clients and you will be working on a broad caseload of commercial property work including sales, purchases, letting, financing, landlord and tenant and some residential conveyancing work.

I am looking for applicants who have completed a minimum of one seat within this work area together with a genuine desire and passion for working within commercial property law; a willingness to get involved with business development opportunities including marketing and attending events and seminars and a strong commercial approach.
