Banking & Finance Lawyer - Singapore, NQ - 7 PQE
We are currently working with a number of leading international and US firms that are looking for banking and finance lawyers to join their Singapore-based teams.
The roles will involve acting for financial institutions, corporate borrowers and investors on a broad range of domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions including asset finance transactions, project financings, credit facilities, cross-border insolvencies, distressed debt trading and pre-packed restructurings.
Successful candidates will have considerable finance experience from a leading international firm, and an excellent academic profile. They will have a proactive and commercial approach to their work, and have a demonstrable interest in relocating to Singapore.
