Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to join a traditional firm based in the south Lake District?
This opportunity would suit an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive who either currently resides in the area, or indeed, someone who has the desire to relocate to the Lake District.
Taking over from a Conveyancing Partner / Head of Conveyancing who is due to go on maternity leave, this is a permanent opportunity to join a long established, friendly and relaxed firm.
Your role will be to run an autonomous caseload of the full range of residential property matters including; Sales, Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Transfers of Equity including both freehold and leasehold properties.
