Intellectual Property Associate

This popular US firm is looking to recruit a bright and versatile Commercial IP associate who has the desire to become part of a close-knit team in a supportive environment. The firm has an excellent reputation for their IP expertise and the group work closely with their transactional, regulatory and litigation practices to deliver seamless advice for clients in IP-intensive industries.

The successful candidate will be around 2-5 years PQE and have broad experience of commercial IP law, with significant experience in advising clients on IP issues arising from corporate transactions. The successful candidate will have strong academics, experience of working on complex, cross-border matters at a top City firm, strong non-contentious experience and the personality and drive to work successfully within teams. Experience in the life sciences sector is also desirable, as is experience of contentious matters.

You will ideally be UK qualified but consideration will also be given to US-qualified lawyers who have strong experience of working in the UK/European market and are seeking to re-qualify in England and Wales. Ideally, the candidate will also have completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice (University of Oxford). Excellent salary on offer!
