Senior In-House Derivatives Structuring Lawyer - Exciting New Asset Manger (ETFs)
London
A new ETF business is starting the search for a senior lawyer to build up an in-house legal function. The business is based in the New York but is currently in the process of opening a London office with a product launch happening in the coming months. The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial candidate to build out the firms product pipeline and manage the legal function. Candidate will ideally have experience with UCITS ETFs, Exchange Traded Products (securitised SPVs) and structured products. You will be working directly with the CEO and will have huge impact and influence in the wider business. This is a truly exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to join an entrepreneurial business and contribute personally to its future growth and successes.
I am working directly with the CEO of the business and we are looking to speak with senior lawyers who have a strong back ground in financial product structuring. You will also need to have worked closely with derivatives due to the fast paced nature of ETFs and ETPs.
