PA to Managing Partner:
The role is working for one of the UK's most well respected Media & Entertainment specialist law firms. The role is reporting directly into their Managing Partner. Alongside all the management duties, he still does a fair bit of Private Client work. Given the sectors they work in, his clients are some of the most well-known celebrities and business people in the country!
PA to Managing Partner:
The successful PA must be highly organised, resourceful, reliable and dependable. They will provide support to the managing partner in all aspects of his management and client facing roles, including acting as point of contact for internal and external clients, providing comprehensive diary management, travel arrangements, updating the electronic filing system and ensuring he is fully prepared for all day to day events.
PA to Managing Partner:
The role will provide support to the management team by preparing documentation, organising partnership/management meetings, attending some meetings to take notes and ensuring follow-up up action is taken. They will support in the preparation of other partnership correspondence and events. The successful PA must demonstrate tact, diplomacy, sensitivity and understand the confidential nature of the role.
PA to Managing Partner:
They must be proficient at multi-tasking effectively for both management and client facing work. They must have a flexible and adaptable approach to work with excellent communication skills and ability to build/maintain professional relationships.
PA to Managing Partner:
The PA must be able to work well in a pressured environment, anticipate the needs of the Partner(s)/Management Team, apply common sense and have meticulous attention to detail.
