Conveyancing Secretary

Your new company

We are assisting our client, a well established law firm in East Belfast in their search for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join the team on a permanent basis

Your new role

You will be responsible for supporting the property solicitor on a broad range of Property and conveyancing matters.

Duties will include:

General legal secretarial administration in relation to conveyancing
Dealing effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, in order to provide assistance
Preparing required documentation as required with the conveyancing process
Preparing the completion packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoices
Dealing with post exchange matters as directed

What you'll need to succeed

You will have previous experience of working within the conveyancing department of a law firm, with excellent typing and computer skills
It will be important to be highly organised and to enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced dynamic environment
