Housing Litigation Solicitor - Our clients are a top ranked practice in the Housing Association/RSL legal market. As the result of a significant and sustained increase in new work they now need a further housing litigation solicitor with at least 6 years' + relevant case handling experience. You will be acting exclusively for registered providers of social housing, local authorities, Co-operatives and ALMO’s.
Applicants should ideally be experienced in dealing with leasehold management matters such as litigation involving shared ownership lessees, housing management matters and strategic and policy advice to Registered Providers of Social Housing.
