Commercial Litigation SolicitorA new role has arisen for Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a very highly regarded law firm based in Nottingham. The role of Commercial Litigation Solicitor will play a key role in the development of the team and offers the chance for progression to a senior associate position.
The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. This will have been gained with a strong regional or national law firm that has a solid reputation in commercial disputes work. You will have acted on matters such as shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, breach of warranty, IT and IP disputes and property litigation.
