An exciting opening has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the flourishing Hove, East Sussex office.

The Commercial Property department is growing firm-wide, they have recently made some large client wins. This role will involve directly working alongside an experienced Partner. This Partner is an incredibly strong business developer and is currently overrun with exciting work. You will deal with a broad caseload which will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Commercial Leases, Landlord & Tenant, Commercial licenses, and you will also get involved in some company commercial work relating to the sale of businesses with a commercial property aspect. The client base spans across many industry sectors; it is this variety that will make for an exciting role.

You will be a:

• Commercial Property Solicitor with between 1-5 years PQE
• You will be based in the firms growing, Hove, East Sussex office
• You will have broad experience in Commercial Property
• Be ambitious and dynamic
• You will receive a basic salary up to £50k, plus a bonus structure of up to 20% of all billings.
