My Buckinghamshire based client are urgently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their highly successful legal team on a locum basis.
THE ROLE :
- Dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property matters
- Managing your own case-load independently
- Liaising with clients
The successful candidate will be dealing with the following matters; Landlord and tenant, Drafting and negotiating complex leases, Commercial Conveyancing, Proposals/applications ,Sales, Purchases ,Secured handling, Land registry ,Developments, Infrastructure, Possession/foreclosure ,Projects and Corporate Transactions.
The ideal candidate will be able to start at short notice.
This is a short term temporary assignment which will last a minimum of 1 month, subject to review.
The role is offering a competitive hourly rate and the firm are based within an accessible location and close to transport links.
