Professional Support Lawyer - Corporate - NQ+

Rare and exciting PSL opportunity for a junior corporate lawyer who is interested in a role away from fee earning. This role would enable you to continue to develop your technical know-how as well as other commercial skills.

This leading City firm has a top ranked and highly respected corporate practice - and a team of highly experienced corporate PSLs. As part of a recent restructuring of this team they would like to recruit a corporate lawyer into a junior PSL position.

The role will involve supporting a senior PSL in all aspects of the know how function as well as; knowledge management, assisting with training, maintaining precedents, research, internal counsel duties and assisting with business development activities, newsletters etc.

Suitable candidates will be qualified (or soon to be qualified) corporate lawyers looking for a role away from fee earning. Candidates with experience in other complimentary transactional areas, such as finance, will also be considered. Strong academics are key as is enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
