Skills required:

• In-depth knowledge of commercial litigation
• Highly motivated and driven
• Friendly with strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines

Duties to include:

• Working on a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
• Providing legal advice and dealing with clients directly
• Assisting the Partner with complex disputes
• Business development and client generation
