THE ROLE
Our client is seeking to appoint an ambitious and highly motivated Residential Property Lawyer to join their well-established team in London. You will be handling a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing property matters including freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to post completion, with minimal supervision. Areas will include: remortgages; sales and purchases and; transfers of equity. In addition you will build and maintain client relationships and actively promote the services of the practice through business development and networking. This is an exciting and hands-on role within a specialist team suited to a talented and confident professional seeking to further develop their career within this area. THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you must:
Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE;
Have solid experience within residential property law gained within a reputable practice;
Have strong technical and client care skills;
Be a team player and also able to work on your own initiative;
Be able to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision;
