The Role
We are now seeking a self-motivated Completions Paralegal to join our client’s CQS accredited Residential Conveyancing department in the Enfield area. Supporting senior fee earners within the team, the successful Paralegal will manage a caseload of property transactions from exchange to closure including post-completion and preparing SDLT forms. Dealing with clients, lenders and other external professionals will also form a significant part of the role.

The Candidate
You must be a Paralegal with at least 12 months’ solid experience gained within a reputable Residential Property department.
You must be fully conversant with Conveyancing procedures with particular experience in completion and post-completion matters.
You will be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills across all levels.
You will be IT literate with a detail-orientated approach.
You will be a team player.
You will be flexible, professional, and personable.
