This US headquartered law firm has been on a huge growth drive recently owing to great success firm-wide in 2016. With new additions to the partnership a junior tax associates is sought.
Role
- Advising on the tax aspects of predominantly private equity and real estate transactions
- Advising on tax structuring of investment funds
- Complex UK, multi-jurisdictional and domestic M&A transactions
- Advising on VAT and stamp duty aspects of commercial transactions
Requirements
- 0-2 PQE having completed training at a leading UK/US law firm
- At least 6 months' tax experience
- Excellent academics
Salary
£95,000 - £110,000 depending on PQE
