In-House Legal Counsel – Outsourcing or Public Procurement/PFI – London

A newly created position has come about as a result of the success and anticipated growth for this part of the business.
Accountabilities
You will work in a team and report to the Head of Legal for the division.
You will provide legal advice in relation to contracts, outsourcing transactions, tenders, variations and support ongoing commercial matters. The work is varied in an environment where you will receive a degree of autonomy and independence.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor – would suit candidate between 1 – 6 years PQE
- Any experience in public procurement/PFI, outsourcing contracts and tenders
- Eligible to work the in the UK
