I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-respected Law firm based in Sheffield City Centre who are seeking to appoint a Commercial Contracts Solicitor to join their team.
The successful candidate would be a commercial contracts specialist.The department is busy, successful department and they are seeking to appoint an individual to contribute to, and participate in its future success.
The successful candidate needs to be technically strong and have had a good level of exposure to drafting and negotiating commercial contracts of all different shapes and sizes including:
outsourcing e.g. IT distribution;
customer and supplier bespoke agreements;
agency and distribution contracts;
collaboration agreements
development arrangements
general terms and conditions
Ideally, the candidate should have an IT and/or IP slant although this is not a pre-requisite. The commercial contracts team also provides due diligence support to the corporate department.
