COMMERCIAL LAWYER - Intellectual Property - TMT - Clean Tech - Patent - Commercial IP - US firm - London - 2-5 pqe

Our prestigious US client with specialised commercial expertise in technology, media, telecoms and intellectual property are looking to recruit a a talented IP lawyer to work alongside a highly regarded IP partner in their London office. You will interface regularly with the Corporate, Technology, Media and litigation groups. You will largely advise on a diverse range of IP issues arising from corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, venture capital investments and restructurings, licensing and commercial contracts). The candidate must have substantive experience across patents, trademarks and copyright and some exposure to IP contentious maters.

The successful candidate will be UK qualified / have UK experience, impressive academics, 2-5 years post qualification experience and be of a very "capable" mindset willing and able to turn their hand to a diverse practice.
