Chartered Legal Executive/Solicitor NQ - Real Estate

My client has an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Legal Executive/ NQ solicitor to join their busy Real Estate team in the Bournemouth office. The Real Estate team is dedicated to achieving the highest levels of service and client satisfaction and offer considerable experience at all levels.

The Real Estate team cover all aspects of legal business advice for Real Estate and Development clients.

The successful candidate will be managing their own case load and you will be able to deal with all elements effectively including drafting client documentation and performing title checks for residential and commercial properties on purchase and remortgage matters. Clients include individuals, lenders, developers, landlords, relocation companies and mobile networks.

You will advise clients both at client meetings and via advice letters and emails.

You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You will also need to have the ability to assist with business development.

Full time or part time hours will be considered.
