A progressive Personal Injury team requires an experienced and capable Fee-Earner for new RTA team.
The team deals with individual caseloads of RTA matters, from instruction to litigation. The ideal candidate will have in excess of two years experience in PI/RTA, gained as a stand alone fee earner or as part of a larger team handling a shared caseload.
You will be proficient in liaising with clients and third parties (insurers, Counsel, solicitors, etc), adept in using the Ministry of Justice portal, valuing injuries and issuing proceedings. The department works to strict quality standards and deadlines and the ability to prioritise and organise workloads is essential. The team continues to grow and this is a fantastic time to join as it could lead to some managerial aspects to your duties further down the line.
Salary will be commensurate with previous experience and technical expertise (guideline up to £24,000) and benefits, which include 5 weeks holiday.
