Personal Injury Claimant Solicitor

Are you a Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with RTA claims looking for a new role in Kent/SE London borders?

Exceptional opportunity for a highly organised Solicitor with a background in RTA/Credit hire and Debt Recovery claims to join an established Legal 500 law firm in Kent/SE London borders.  

Caseload will be predominantly dealing with a mix of fast track personal injury claims, mostly claimant but some defendant cases along with multi-track recovery claims, to include credit hire and recoveries in complex (non RTA) cases. You will be responsible for supporting a small team of 6 experienced Claims Handlers, providing coaching, mentoring and support for file handlers conducting subrogated debt recovery claims arising from RTA’s.
