Our client is a highly regarded Top 100 Law firm who provide exceptional legal advice and a client focused service as well as invest in their people. This is a brilliant opportunity for an energetic and personable Solicitor with at least 18 months PQE with a desire to be part of this reputable and supporting commercial property team based in their Bristol office.
With offices in London, Bristol, Bath and Swindon and a formidable reputation due to its rich heritage and forward thinking approach this is an opportunity not to be missed.
Key skills:
- Exude enthusiasm for property litigation and the law
- 18month-3 years PQE
- Technical expertise with a desire to expand on this
- Experience in the field of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, real property and rural disputes and leasehold enfranchisement
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- A desire and interest in business development
- Client care of the highest quality
- A can do attitude and fabulous team player as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Commercially savvy
- Effective negotiator
- Ability to fully understand and deliver on budgets, targets and KPI's
