This established Surrey based law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Secretary to join their busy property department.
You will be involved in all aspects within the department, regularly assisting in document management/document production, client and team support, administrative support and diary/meeting management.
Your duties will include, providing partners with outstanding secretarial support and building good ongoing relationships, with both colleagues and clients alike. Your day will be split into approximately 80% typing (audio dictation skills are highly desirable) and 20% administrative duties.
Ideally, you will be a proven and experienced team player, who can use their initiative whilst dealing with tasks and responsibilities.
