RTA PARALEGAL - MANCHESTER
RTA paralegal – Two personal injury paralegals with MOJ Portal experience are currently sought by this top 100 defendant insurance firm. The roles require a sound understanding of resolving liability disputes and negotiating settlements and candidates will be considered from both a claimant and defendant background.

- Previous Experience: Around 1 year of experience handling a pre-litigated caseload of MOJ Portal stages 1 to 3 and of claims falling outside the Portal including conducting files through to negotiation and settlement.

The defendant motor team of this leading international firm already has a dominant presence in Manchester and advises a range of household name insurers. They are looking for dedicated pre-litigation RTA paralegals to join their growing team.
Candidates should be prepared to handle the caseload from inception to settlement. Bodily injury experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
