Leasehold Enfranchisement - all levels considered

This leading UK law firm, with a very well established London office, is looking to add a number of leasehold enfranchisement specialists to their market leading property law team.
The firm has a long established, continuously growing client base across the UK including in London. Due to a continued, and significant, increase in leasehold enfranchisement instructions, the firm is looking to expand. Work will be a good mix of freehold and leasehold purchases, both voluntary and via the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993. You will also be involved in freehold sales and purchases that involve the Right of First Refusal, as well as the Right To Manage applications. Your clients will be both landlords and tenants due to their diverse client base, being a mix of individuals, management companies, housing associations and individual private and public companies.
