Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer / Fee Earner - Due to the continued growth and expansion of the Residential Conveyancing department of this highly respected full service law firm, a new opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancing fee earner or Licensed Conveyancer to further strengthen this busy team.

- Previous Experience: approximately 2 years Residential Conveyancing experience – must be comfortable handling a full residential property caseload of around 80 conveyancing files at any one time.
THE CONVEYANCING TEAM
The Residential Conveyancing team of this long-established national firm has built a highly structured, well organised team designed to become one of the leading residential property offering in the UK.
Fee earners are supported by an efficient network of conveyancing assistants who help handle the administrative burden of the role, enabling the Conveyancers to focus on transactional work. The department also runs a small group of assistants who further ease the otherwise time-consuming task of post completion duties.
In other words, the Residential team has been structured carefully and efficiently so fee earners can focus their time in the best possible way, whilst delivering an excellent service to clients.
RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful applicant will be expected to manage a busy caseload of residential property transactions. The firm has impeccable service levels, which must also be maintained. Conveyancers must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with the firm's established network or referrers as well as clients.
EXPERIENCE
Ideally candidates should have around two year's conveyancing experience or more as well as ambition and self-motivation.
