Well known regional firm with a good reputation in the market for their private client provision are now looking to appoint an NQ solicitor to assist on a caseload of wills and probate matters.

You will be a newly qualified solicitor legal executive who has trained or gained experience at a Legal 500 law firm and you will have had exposure across a variety of private client matters - wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, deputyship, court of protection etc.

Ideally you will want to attain STEP qualification status in the future and also you will be committed to living and working in the East Midlands / East of England.

You will also be a driver with a full, clean licence and you will be keen to learn in a close knit team group alongside recognised partners and senior associates.

What's key about you is that you have some get up and go, some drive and real passion for service to the individuals. That you wish to take on responsibility and are fully conversant with case management systems.
