A highly regarded mid size City firm.
THE ROLE
For a major City firm (or equivalent) trained lawyer at the 3.5-6.5pqe level to specialise in leveraged finance.
The candidate will preferably have sponsor side experience.
The firm will, however, consider lawyers with lender side backgrounds provided that the relevant individual is aware that much of their work is likely to be on the sponsor side.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will be a genuine leveraged finance lawyer looking to handle high end work within a collegial team.
