In-House Conveyancer job based in Cheltenham

Your new company
This widely recognised national housing development company is looking for an In-house Conveyancer to join their team in Cheltenham.

Your new role
As a Conveyancer, you will be working with several areas across the business in carrying out all legal formalities associated with plot sales, part exchange acquisitions and disposals. You will have a good understanding of planning, building regulations and legal obligations and will enjoy establishing professional relationships with solicitors, purchasers and financial agents.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a Conveyancing position, and you will possess excellent communication skills in order to build successful relationships within the business. You will ideally possess at least two years' experience working within a residential house builder as legal assistant or acting for similar clients in private practice.
