One of the preeminent commercial fraud practices in the UK and internationally, is looking to recruit an experienced commercial litigator, preferably with at least 2 PQE, to join its market leading international commercial litigation and civil fraud team. This is a progressive, dynamic team which deals with a mix of high profile fraud and general commercial litigation, much of it cross border or international, and which remains at the cutting edge of legal developments in the UK. The partners are looking for a bright, ambitious, enthusiastic litigator who already has had some experience of dealing with complex High Court and cross-border fraud litigation and would like to become more of a specialist in the field, whilst maintaining a significant broader, more general commercial litigation practice.
