Corporate Finance Development Lawyer

This is a new and exciting corporate finance support role offering the opportunity to create and manage the resources and products required by a team of corporate finance lawyers. It also offers the chance to participate in some fee-earning, to lead internal education and to contribute to publicising the team and its achievements.

You will be a UK qualified lawyer of at least 8 year's PQE gained in a corporate finance practice of a firm recognised for this type of work. Ideally you will be experienced in both equity capital markets and public takeover work. An enthusiastic and driven personality is particularly key. This is an incredibly friendly team and you will need to have the ability to engage well with a wide range of people and be an excellent teacher.
