Corporate Solicitor 1+ PQE

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at an excellent City law firm in London. Our client, a Top 40 full service law firm, is looking for a Corporate M&A lawyer to join the firm on a fixed term contract basis for 1-2+ months to assist within the corporate team, ideally to start ASAP (January/February at the latest).

The large corporate team undertakes a variety of corporate transactions, including private M&A matters, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate finance matters.

You will have a minimum of 1-3+ years' experience from another leading City or US practice in private M&A matters, and you will be able to start as soon as possible, or within a few weeks. This role is due to continue for approximately 1-2+ months; however this may be extended, based on workload levels.
