The Role
We are now actively seeking talented Commercial Property Lawyers for a successful department based in Worcester. With the skills and expertise to manage a full and varied caseload with minimal supervision, the successful Lawyer will ensure high levels of client care and service at all times. Areas may incorporate: the sale and purchase of business premises; developments and site acquisitions; planning applications; landlord and tenant matters; lease negotiations and; property finance.
Passionate about business development, the successful Commercial Property Lawyer, will immerse themselves within initiatives, building and maintaining client and professional relationships and promoting the services of the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of five years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid commercial property experience;

You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be personable with a detail orientated approach;
You will have a flair for business development.
