THE ROLE
You will be advising on commercial contracts which contain elements of intellectual property matters, such as non-disclosure agreements and licences and collaboration agreements. In addition, the role requires familiarity with a range of matters such as domain name disputes, anti-counterfeiting measures, infringement and online take-down actions. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Preferably have a background in a scientific discipline, although this is not essential;
Be 1 – 3 years PQE solicitor with good experience in a similar role;
Have a dynamic, focused approach but with a commitment to a team-based, collaborative working practice;
Possess outstanding client care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, straightforward language.
