Senior Litigation Solicitor
My client is a well-renowned, Legal 500 Law firm based in Middlesex looking to employ a Senior Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor with minimum 3 years PQE.
The role is to provide legal advice and to resolve disputes and claims between individuals, companies, local authorities and government departments, through negotiation or through the courts in a proactive approach. The successful candidate will be managing a varied caseload consisting of Contractual Disputes, Partnership, Company, Shareholders and Business disputes, Insolvency, Construction disputes, Restraint of Trade disputes, Debt Collection, Property disputes, Professional Negligence, Trusts of land and Contested probate disputes, Licensing, Disputed Probate, Wills and estates and all other litigious matters. Bringing an existing caseload will be advantageous.
You will be replacing the existing Senior Litigation Solicitor, who is currently a Salaried Partner therefore you must be a self-motivated individual and be able to organise your own workload with minimum supervision. You should be able to cope effectively in demanding circumstances, have good time management skills and adopt a flexible approach to work. You will be able to demonstrate persistence and commitment to completing tasks and objectives and must pay attention to detail and quality of work. In return, the firm will offer room to grow with a prospect of partnership.
