A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an excellent digital technology lawyer to join this world leading media and advertising company in London.
As Senior Digital Counsel, you will be reporting to the Head of Legal and your main responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with an emphasis on digital contracts - master services agreements, licenses, etc.
- Advising on contractual rights, intellectual property and advertising matters
You must be a strong digital lawyer and have trained at a top law firm with relevant in-house experience. Ideally you will have at least 6 years' PQE.
This presents a unique role in which you will have a broad variety of work and a high level of responsibility within an exciting and fast-paced sector in a close knit team.
