Claimant PI - specialist Industrial Disease vacancies - Cardiff

Really exciting new Claimant PI opportunities just announced in the Cardiff market as our client is now looking for perhaps two more additions to their specialist Industrial Disease and Group Actions teams.

You will ideally already have some existing, strong experience of Industrial Disease work in particular and you will be keen to further develop your career and your specialism in this area as part of the leading team undertaking this type of work in the South Wales market. Most importantly, these are two new positions that offer genuine opportunities for long-term career progression which often isn't the case as we all know, so these are exciting new positions and will probably attract quite a bit of interest.

These are both growth roles as the existing team is extremely busy and for example they are currently conducting around twenty major group actions representing claimants across the UK, so this is challenging, often ground-breaking work. The firm overall and their lawyers in these areas have been consistently ranked in the top tiers in both Chambers and the L500 for many years, so for Personal Injury work generally and also as a UK leader in areas such as Environmental litigation for example.

For these two new positions our client can consider candidates anywhere from NQ level up to perhaps 3 or 4 (or more) years PQE, and as stated above it is having the specific Industrial Disease experience that is really the key.
