In House Counsel - Technology Company

• 4--8 years’ PQE
• Corporate/Commercial/TMT – all required
• Previous software engineering experience essential

Our fast-growing client is a leading technology company based in Abu Dhabi with customers based both regionally and globally. They have recently experienced a substantial amount of growth within the company and are now looking at hiring another Corporate Commercial Lawyer with some TMT experience to join their expanding legal team to cover a wide variety of legal issues.

The criteria required for this role is very specific. The candidate will have between 4-8 years’ PQE in the corporate/commercial arena and must have some TMT legal experience. The selected candidate must have had either academic or practical experience within the software engineering field before taking their career into the legal world.  Regional experience is not required for this role and candidates from overseas are welcome to apply for this position.
