Private Client Solicitor
My client is a Lexcel accredited, Multi-Service Law firm seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join their office in Middlesex on a fee-sharing basis.
You will be joining an existing Private Client department where you will be shadowing an experienced solicitor of over 50 years¿. You will be dealing with matters such as Probate, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
You will be obtaining valuations for inheritance Tax purposes or otherwise, considering and implementing of Deed of Variation, dealing with overseas assets, preparing Inheritance Tax accounts and handling Transfers of property on death.
The work is fast paced and challenging but the team are collaborative and supportive and enjoy what they do, which makes it a positive working environment.
The successful applicant will have a great deal of Private Client experience, have a positive, pro-active, personable and professional approach to both clients and staff and a dedication to professional development.
Fee-sharing role.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.00pm
