Family Solicitor - Public Law

A well run and long established LEXCEL accredited general practice in North Cheshire is seeking a family solicitor to take on a full and varied caseload of mainly publicly funded cases.

While retaining traditional values, this is a forward-thinking firm that offers home working and flexibility in hours depending on individual requirements.

The current Head of Department would like to bring a family solicitor into the firm who is preferably on the children's panel but this isn't essential to consideration. In fact, if you are a family solicitor with a passion for public family law who is looking to become a family panel member then that can be accommodated.

You will have experience conducting advocacy up to final hearing, and in acting for parents and children in public law cases. Areas of work will include divorce, domestic violence, abuse & harassment, children matters, civil partnerships, pre-nuptial agreements and mediation.

The salary is up to £40,000 depending on PQE/ experience. For an exceptional candidate our client might be willing to go beyond that.
