The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have sufficient experience to handle transactional matters with minimal supervision and likely be 3 + years qualified. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work on a range of interesting matters. Their client base is diverse including, developers, retail, restaurants, pubs, bars, offices, and a variety of other commercial properties. The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be experienced in a range of commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, all types of lease related matters, mortgage security work, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options.
