This is an excellent opportunity to join a solely privately funded firm as a Legal Aid Supervisor; you will also have the opportunity to gain exposure in private, complex crime work as well as other areas of law if this is something you desire, the firm is very open minded when it comes to progression.

The firm has a Legal Aid franchise, but most of the work throughout is private work. With this comes an excellent opportunity for you to get involved in different areas of law. The firm is commercially driven and very profitable due to a strong management team.

This Practice is very personable in their approach and due to this have a very loyal client base and put customer service at the heart of what they do. They have a fantastic staff retention and a happy workforce. This is a commercially aware practice and specialises in Litigation, Property and Crime.

* You will have a full understanding of the Legal Aid system and be prepared to be the expert in this area.
* The role will be very hands-on, and you will handle all aspects of Legal Aid work.
* Have the prospect to move into a different area of law within the practice.
* Salary between £30,000 - £40,000 including overtime and excellent benefits.
* Legal Aid Accredited (CLAS)
* This role will be based in Ealing.
