Commercial Property - This is a great opportunity to join a leading commercial property team in Hampshire.
Our client, an innovative, forward thinking, Legal 500 commercial practice situated on the south coast have asked us to find them a commercial property solicitor c. 1-5 PQE+, however exceptional NQ’s will be considered.
They now need a commercially aware solicitor, keen on business development and who can actively assist in marketing the firm as well as dealing with a variety of quality HNW commercial property transactions. Previous experience in residential property would also be attractive. Working within a top team you will be expected to manage your own busy caseload of;
- Freehold/leasehold acquisitions and sales
- New leases
- Lease renewals
- Variations
- Assignments and surrenders
- 146 Notices and forfeitures
- Development sales and purchases
- Landlord & tenant issues
This practice has a modern approach but strong local roots and can offer top quality work, excellent career prospects and a benefits package that are second to none.
