Private Client Lawyer

A mid-sized multi office law firm with offices located in and around Preston and are looking to recruit a qualified wills & probate lawyer to join their highly successful private client team.

Candidates with upwards of 2 years' experience of handling their own mixed caseload of private client work are encouraged to apply. Work will involve will drafting, probate administration and a large element of care of the elderly support including drafting powers of attorney and court of protection related issues.

It is hoped that the successful candidate will integrate with the local community and further enhance the reputation of the firm in all matters related to private client work. A following is not required in this instance as the department is dealing with a surplus of new and existing clients.

This is a mid-volume client centric environment where you can strike a healthy work/life balance and work as part of a friendly team that will provide you with support when needed. Existing staff have provided glowing references to Thornton Legal as to the working environment and management structure.

Salary will be in the region of £30,000 to £37,000 with added benefits such as free parking, generous holidays and pension.
