Commercial NQ – Leicester and Nottingham
Our client are a leading commercial firm with many offices spanning the country. They are currently recruiting for an NQ Commercial and IP Solicitor to join their busy and expanding Leicester/Nottingham office. The team advises on a broad range of technology, media and telecoms, IP and IT.
The successful candidate will be working on both contentious and non-contentious commercial issues, involving complex transactions, advising companies and individuals on exploiting and enforcing patents, confidential information and know how, designs, trade marks and copyright, as well as matters involving advertising, privacy law, reputation and defamation.
The successful candidate will have 0-2 years PQE, be able to work from both the Leicester and Nottingham offices and have gained previous experience in commercial and IP law during their training contract.
