LEGAL 500 ranked regional law firm with an existing corporate commercial law practice is looking to recruit a further company commercial lawyer to join their corporate commercial law team in Milton Keynes.
This law firm’s clients include SMEs through to PLCs and the firm provides a range of corporate and commercial legal services, including:
- Corporate transactions, such as acquisitions and disposals
- Joint Ventures and shareholder agreements
- Financings
- Insolvency, corporate recovery, re-organisations and restructurings
