CORPORATE LAWYER – SOUTHAMPTON – PERMANENT POSITION
Our client, one of the leading law firms in the region with an existing corporate & commercial legal practice is looking to recruit an additional corporate lawyer to join their corporate commercial legal team in Hampshire.
Candidates will need to have strong technical skills in general corporate law matters (such as corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures/ shareholder agreements and possibly secured lending) and be able to work independently and run corporate transactions.
The candidate should have proven experience in marketing, networking and business development activity with the ability to build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
