This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer seeking a well established expanding firm with a strong SME client base and a sprinkling of PLC's. In this business critical role you will spearhead the firm's company commercial offering in conjunction with an existing Partner.

This is not a start up role but an opportunity where there is already an infrastructure in place and strong client relationships. It is therefore anticipated that you will bring proven internal networking skills alongside deep technical knowledge to help grow your practice.

Reporting to the Managing Partner you will ideally have:

• An excellent background in company commercial law
• An affable and collaborative approach
• A commercial outlook combined with the ability to grow a business
• A natural ability to build rapport with a positive and supportive approach
• Effective business development, marketing and relationship building skills.
