CLIENT: We are working with a market leader in the chemical technologies space who are looking to recruit an experienced corporate lawyer on a part-time (3 day per week) basis. Based in Central London, they can offer great corporate/commercial work as part of a small and busy legal function.
ROLE: The successful individual will be involved in structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts (such as distribution, supply, confidentiality, partner, service and license agreements) as well as attending Board meetings and advising the business. Due to the small nature of the group, being confident in working autonomously is key as well as handling international matters.
CANDIDATE: The successful individual will ideally have circa 5+PQE and have experience with a leading international law firm and in-house organisation; AIM experience is an advantage. Our client is looking for a proactive, competent and outgoing corporate lawyer who is technically strong and has the ability to work on a range of commercial agreements and with senior stakeholders.
